Hoi An offers the very delicacies that make tourists feels appetizing with its flavor as well as its decoration. Hoi An - Cooking Class ( Half day)
Our cooking tour today will start with a drink at a local coffee shop as our meeting point.
Firstly, you will have preparation time by a visit to Hoi An colorful market to experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. Interact with locals for understanding and shopping ingredients which will be used in the cooking lesson later. Then spend about 25 minutes to board the Red Bridge boat along the Hoi An River to the Cooking School. In this leisurely cruise you can have an opportunity to view local river life, so make sure hand on your camera. Upon arrival, before learning about some of Hoi An and Vietnam well-known dishes you will have time to explore the herb and vegetable garden of the school. It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to run the cooking class - an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine. The the school's chefs will show you their demonstrations, brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving, and taught you how to prepare some dishes.

1. Fresh Rice Paper Rolls of Shrimp - including the making of rice paper
2. Oyster Ginger Sauce
3. Warm Squid Salad served in half a Pineapple
4. Grilled Eggplant stuffed with Market Vegetables
5. Sweet & Sour Sauce
6. Hoi An pancakes (Banh Xeo)
Lunch includes the above meals as well as: Steamed Ocean Fish on a bed of freshly chopped vegetables (not included in the demonstration). A vegetarian lunch can be provided on request.
Finish at approximately 1.00pm - transfer back to central Hoi An.
NOTE
The morning cooking tour operates everyday of the year.
The program requires a minimum of two paying passengers to operate.
