Ho Chi Minh City Cooking Class
Start your tour today with a morning cooking lesson, the hands-on cooking course conducted by a professional chef. A guide will translate, explain the chef's teaching and talk about the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine. Firstly you will visit the local market, talk with local people to shopping for ingredients. Then continue your course and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will have chance to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels. This was an important place used by Viet Cong in resistance to American forces during the war. Dug out by hand tools without the use of cement, the tunnels have more than 200km of underground tunnels with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels where thousands of fighters and villagers could hide. Coming here you can discover how people communicate and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous guerrilla fighters during the war

In the morning, you will check out your hotel and drive to Cai Be. Belong the way, stop at at a Bonsai garden for a tea break. After arriving you will visit the family that makes the popcorn cake, rice paper making family on a motorized boat. Next you take part in the floating market of Cai Be to feel the local life. Vinh Long province is the place which is welcoming you to see the diverse fish traps in order to learn a kind of lazy fishing. Pass through small shady canals, then step ashore and take a chance to watch a typical and interesting music show of the Mekong cultural life. Stop at a local home or Bonsai Garden to enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you will join in a short walking tour about half an hour to enjoy the rural peaceful atmosphere of the countryside life. Beside you can also stop en route to explore more about local fruit trees. Then continue your cruising tour to visit the brick and pottery factories. At about 03.00PM you will leave your cruise and then take a car drive to Can Tho. Can Tho is the centre of Mekong Delta, here you will take part in a walking city tour, visit the local evening market to take photos of the busy trading activities. After that, transfer to your hotel for check in procedure.

Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City
Waking up early for preparing to enjoy 3-hour cruising tour to 2 big floating markets in Can Tho, Cai Rang and Phong Dien floating market. Joining in these floating markets, you will discover a typical way that local people display and advertise their farm products on the Mekong River to trade their goods. Spend time to visit a Bun Tau noodle factory, take a short trek and then explore a rice-husking mill. You will have an opportunity to try passing one of the many fragile monkey bridges along the canals photo shot. Finally you will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

In the morning you will transfer to the airport and take flight to Danang and then drive to Hoi An Old Quarter. Belong the way you will spend time to visit the fascinating Cham Museum, enjoy famous China Beach and the Marble Mountains. With more than 1000 years of history, Hoi An was the principle port of the Cham Kingdom from 7th to 10th centuries, and was a major international port for Western and Asia traders from the 16th to 18th centuries. High grade silk and ceramic which were two main products trading in this area are still produced now. Today, Hoi An is famous with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Here you will enjoy a walking tour through the Hoi An Old Quarter and try some of the local specialties before spend an overnight stay in Hoi An.
Today we will enjoy a Hoi An cooking class on a Cooking School near Hoi An River. Firstly, you will stop at Hoi An's colorful market to experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. Interact with local sellers for ingredients purchasing which will be used in the cooking lesson later. Then spend about 25 minutes to board the Red Bridge boat along the Hoi An River to the Cooking School. In this leisurely cruise you can have chance to view local river life, so make sure hand on your camera. Upon arrival, before learning about some of Hoi An's and Vietnam's well-known dishes you will have time to explore the herb and vegetable garden of the school. It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to run the cooking class – an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine. The the school's chefs will show you their demonstrations, brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving, and taught you how to prepare some dishes. At last, spend your free time to explore the ancient town of Hoi An or shopping at tailor shops before an overnight stay in Hoi An.
This morning you will leave Hoi An and then transfer to Danang Airport to take a flight to Hanoi. After check in the hotel in Hanoi and freshen up, you will to visit Thang Long water Puppet Theater near Hoan Kiem Lake for watching a traditional Water Puppet performance - a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia's wet-rice culture at least 1,000 years ago.

Hanoi Cooking and Sightseeing Tours
Spend this morning for a cooking class. Firstly, the Chef of a famous local Restaurant will guide you start with a walk to the local market. Here, you will get a chance to talk with locals and learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. Next, you will roll up your sleeves in the kitchen to prepare a proper Vietnamese meal under the chef's instruction. Then enjoy your lunch with all the different dishes prepared during the class. In the afternoon, you will have time to explore more about Hanoi with an English speaking guide. On this trip you will take a cycle tour sightseeing around the city, discover the Old Quarter made up of the so called "36 streets", most of which are named after the crafts or merchandise traditionally sold there.

This last day you will have free time to discover more about Hanoi by yourself. You can do anything that you missed in the previous day, go shopping, go sightseeing or simple relax before your transfer to Noi Bai Airport for onward flight.
